Are you an addict?
December 7th, Wednesday you need to have your 12 breadth photos selected. You need to put them on a disk or on a jump drive. We will be creating your breadth websites. So exciting.
December 9th, Friday
Seniors - need to select 8 photos for your Scholastic photography portfolios. These images need to be a body of work, with some sort of theme. All the images need to feel like they are from the same person. Avoid vacation pictures.
Juniors - need to select at least 2 images to enter into the Scholastic Art Awards. Some of you have already done this.
Please leave a comment where you tell me what method you use to remember things. For example, I have a new thing on my iphone called Reminders. I'm obsessed with this new feature. It really helps me to remember all the little things.

I can't decide which pictures I like better!
ReplyDeleteAnd to remember things I use my phone's alarm system or I put it on my Google+ Calender :)
eh.. do seniors have to do the scholastic pictures thing? i will, but im just wondering if its mandatory! / whens the scholastic thing due by?
ReplyDeleteshould we take new pictures that purposefully have a theme for scholastic?
ReplyDeleteI have a dry erase board where I write down things to do....and I'm a list maker so "to do" lists are helpful.
oh yes I'm having a hard time deciding which pictures to use as well. To remember...I use my school planner and also tape master weekend lists to my desk.
ReplyDeletei make lists atleast once a day.. i also make notes on the calender on my phone which send me reminders
ReplyDeletei write everything in my planner. and use lists
ReplyDeleteplanner!!! i keep a good ole fashioned little black book with everything inside of it... except what happens when you loose that book? shoot
ReplyDeleteI only write homework and deadlines down when there is too many to remember. For the most part I just remember I have things to do and I go to the syllabus or teacher pages to check for specifics. It's probably not the best way of keeping track of things.
ReplyDeleteI love my planner! I couldn't live without it.
ReplyDeleteI write things on my hand and my hand is always covered in writing. I also make really cute calendars and color code EVERYTHING
ReplyDeleteI use my planner and my calender on my iPod and computer for reminders.
ReplyDeleteI am horrible at remembering things. Just this week I forgot about this big dance practice I had and I felt really bad. Sometimes I write on my hand but I don't use a planner or anything so I guess I probably should...
ReplyDeleteI use my whiteboard, and write things all over my hand. When I really need to remember something (like bringing my art on a critique day), I write it on like thirty sticky notes and put them up all over the house.
ReplyDeleteHmmm...If there's something I really need to remember, I usually put a note for myself someplace that I'll see before I leave for school...like by my lunch or my phone or on the ceiling so I'll see it when I wake up. :)

I use sticky notes like crazy! I stick them in obvious places like my mirror in my room or by my desk in my room, it really helps. Sometimes i use my phone calender too.
ReplyDeleteP.s. used a sticky note to remember by password for the blog...lol
ReplyDelete1) Lists
ReplyDelete2) Planner
There are a couple of methods I use to remember things. To remember important dates I use the calendar on my phone, and for reminders or notes, I use the notepad on my phone, and for all school projects and homework related things, I use the Lakeridge planner.
ReplyDeleteI make lists a lot! helps me organize my crazy thoughts. Also I take pictures of things like cool ideas i find.
ReplyDeleteI have a callender that i put all the stuff that i need to turn in on it
ReplyDeleteHello...I like those pictures they are funny. for my reminders.. I usually just write down way too many lists all over my homework and random pieces of paper but i also use my planner for my homework!
ReplyDeleteTo remember things I usually write out tons of lists and put them everywhere. And I write things down in my calendar!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately my only method of remembering things is in my head =( however, I wright stuff down on my hand if its super important to remember.
